Established in 2005, with Wine.Education, Rob has been providing quality adult wine education for almost 20 years.
Rob has taught his "Science of Food & Wine Pairing" to over 2,500 people since developing it in 2005.
His inspiration and passion to write this class can from a chance meeting with a slice of pizza and a glass of Old Vine Zin

His inspiration and passion to write this class can from a chance meeting with a slice of pizza and a glass of Old Vine Zinfandel. That encounter inspired him to attend Le Cordon Bleu to become a Certified Sommelier and to attend University of California Davis to learn the science of winemaking.
Rob also teaches a "Learn To Make Your Own Wine" course at Madison College as well as Wine & Chocolate and Wine & Cheese Pairings.
